    Entrusted by Nanning Aeronautical Investment Co., Ltd., the company negotiated competitive procurement for the design of the 60MWp photovoltaic power station at the Jinguang Farm of the Yukou Laokou Navigation Hub Project in Guangxi.     1. Project overview and procurement scope
    1.1 Project Name: Design of 60MWp PV Power Station Project for Jinguang Farm in Guangxi Yujiang Laokou Port Project
    1.2 Construction Scale and Project Overview: The total building capacity is 60MWP crystalline silicon photovoltaic power generation. It consists of solar modules, combiner boxes, DC distribution cabinets, photovoltaic grid-connected inverters, AC distribution cabinets, grounding systems, communication software, monitoring devices, and cables; after the completion of the project, the annual power generation capacity will be 56.60 million kWh. .
    1.3 Project Number: GXZC2016-J3-0014-GS
    1.4 Procurement scope: report on the access system of the 60MWp photovoltaic power station of the Guangxi Yujiang Laokou Navigation Project of the Yujiang River and the report on the feasibility of the transmission line project (including contralateral space) and the approved approval of the grid and government departments (including the sending route Project environmental impact assessment report, soil and water conservation plan report, use of forest land feasibility study report and other three special reports). The depth of the preparation of the feasibility study report must be in line with the depth of construction design tendering, and the amount of the main works should be clearly defined. The trader must cooperate with the purchaser to obtain the approval report of the access system report of the power grid department.

    2. Eligibility requirements for qualified bidders
    2.1 The potential bidder has the legal status of an independent legal entity of a legitimate company in the People's Republic of China.
    2.2 Potential bidders should also have 1 project consulting (thermal power or hydropower) Grade C or above qualifications; 2 Engineering design power industry (power transmission project, substation engineering) professional grade B or above qualifications;
    2.3 In the past 3 years (January 2013 - December 2015, based on the time when the report was approved), no less than 3 performances on the PV project design work were completed.
    2.4 Potential bidders The legal representative is two or more legal persons of the same person. The parent company, a wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company may not participate in bidding for the project at the same time.
    2.5 Potential bidders should be familiar with the distribution of photovoltaic resources in the region where the project is located and have similar experience. Personnel, organization, and technology meet the procurement requirements.
    2.6 This purchase does not accept Consortium bids.
