Although the price of LED light source is decreasing linearly at a rate of 20%~30% per year, there is still a large price gap compared with the traditional light source, which greatly limits the application and promotion of LED agricultural lighting source. In recent years, many domestic chip production capacity has been newly added, and it is currently under construction. It is expected that after two years, the release of these production capacity will greatly reduce the price of chips, and the high cost problem is expected to be resolved.
2. Technology maturity needs to be improved
Although LED technology has been widely used in many fields such as display screens, backlights, traffic signals, automotive lights, etc., and has achieved success, the application of LED in the field of agricultural lighting in China has just started. At present, research has proved the feasibility of LED application in agricultural lighting, but the application of agricultural LED light source still lacks effective technical support, mainly because the country's investment in LED agricultural application research is seriously insufficient, related basic research and key The lack of effective financial support for the development of technology, the construction of agricultural LED light source technology index system and its corresponding software and hardware product development lacks effective theoretical basis and technical support.
3. Industrialization and standardization are still low
The agricultural LED light source is still in the experimental research stage, and there is no mature professional product. The development and use of the light source is limited to scientific research institutes. There is no professional LED light source enterprise that can turn the research results into real productivity, and the LED agricultural light source is produced. The degree of specialization and standardization is still low, which is not conducive to the healthy, reasonable and orderly development of agricultural LED light sources.
