Lufeng project No. 1-2 unit LOT45Ea conventional island low pressure valve and low pressure swing check valve and documents, special tools, spare parts, training, services.

2. Qualification of bidders

1) The bidder must be a company/company with independent legal personality registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

2) The bidder must be a VAT general taxpayer.

3) The bidder shall pass the ISO9001 series quality system certification and be within the validity period.

4) The Bidder shall obtain the special equipment manufacturing license of the People's Republic of China. The scope of the license shall cover the bidding equipment and shall be within the validity period.

5) The bidder’s bank credit record and financial status are good and may not be subject to being ordered to suspend business, assets being taken over or frozen, and the audit report and financial statement issued by a certified public accounting firm for the past 3 years (2014-2016) are included. : Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and attachments.

6) In the past 3 years (from the deadline for submission of tender documents), bidders have the performance of spring-loaded safety valves.

7) In the past 3 years (from the deadline for submitting tender documents), there was no termination, arbitration, and litigation record due to breach of contract or improper performance of the contract, and there was no record of penalties for violations in the tendering and bidding activities (in prefecture-level cities And above shall be determined by the competent administrative department).
