Deburring / grinding application of FANUC M-20iA system unit dedicated to foundry grade :
FANUC M-20iA robot (including force sensor) is equipped with an electric spindle at the end that can grasp the tool holder. After grasping the three-dimensional wireless probe, three kinds of deburring or grinding tools are grabbed accordingly. Work on the workpiece (engine cylinder head). The work piece is fixed on the work fixture, and there is a dust suction device under the work fixture to directly suck the waste dust into the vacuum cleaner.
