Established on the 21st, it is a state-owned large-scale modern investment and financing company established in accordance with the company law to invest in, construct, and operate tourist attractions and infrastructure. Registered capital of 300 million yuan.
    The business scope of the company is: investment, development and management of scenic spots and attractions, tourism infrastructure; investment and development and management of tourism real estate; design and construction of landscaping and afforestation projects; and organization of cultural and artistic exchange activities (except performances). In the next three to five years, the company's development strategy will be a development model focusing on ecotourism, focusing on tourism development and capital operation with the support of Yunnan Urban Investment Group Corporation, based on Yunnan's rich ethnic cultural resources, and integration with ethnic groups. Culturally-oriented tourism resources have gradually expanded to the southwest region and even Southeast Asia, creating a nationally renowned national cultural tourism brand.
    1.2 The scope of competitive negotiations;
    (1) Preparation of five-year development strategy
    -According to the industry characteristics, market environment, regional development and resource background, group strategy, company's strategic vision and strategic objectives of the purchaser company, complete research and analysis;
    - Assist the purchaser to decompose the annual plan and sub-strategies of each functional department according to the defined strategy;
    - According to the requirements of the purchaser, complete the strategic training of its holding company and its subsidiaries.
    - Based on the development background of the purchaser company, formulate a mid- to long-term development strategy for the company, formulate a business development strategy, and plan a business development path.
    (2) Preliminary consultation of investment projects in the company's scenic spots
    -According to the requirements of the purchaser, complete the investigation of investment projects in the company's scenic spots, analyze the landscape resources, traffic conditions, hardware facilities, tourist composition and other factors of the scenic spot, and propose development ideas for the project;
    - Market research and comprehensive analysis of investment projects in scenic spots, evaluation and evaluation of land value, development investment, revenue analysis, project positioning and image positioning, customer positioning and access strategy, product positioning and project creative planning, supporting commercial formats and functional combinations, Analysis of price positioning and price strategy, project operation and development model;
    (3) Construction of corporate communication system
    - Plan and produce "Introduction to Yunnan Ethnic Culture Tourism Industry Co., Ltd." and complete 4-5 updates and upgrades based on Party A's needs and project cooperation.
    1.3 Strategy Development Cycle: 30 calendar days
    2. Bidder qualification requirements:
    2.1 The applicant must have independent legal personality, comply with national laws and regulations, administrative regulations, and have a good corporate reputation;
    2.2. The project leader proposed by the bidder must have 10 years of working experience in the industry.
    2.3. The bidder or responsible person has undertaken at least two similar performances in recent years.
    2.4 This purchase does not accept Consortium bids and subcontracting is not allowed;
    3. Acquisition of competitive negotiation documents
    3.1 The bidders are invited from November 14, 2016 to November 18, 2016 (excluding legal holidays, statutory holidays), daily from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 (Beijing time, the same below).
