TDK Corporation (President: Sakamoto Kenhiro) developed the CGA1 series of capacitors that support the vehicle and reached the industry's smallest size (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.3mm, EIA 0201), and began mass production in January 2013.

This product series supports the AEC-Q200 and guarantees a temperature of 125 °C. It is a high-reliability ultra-small product designed to meet the small and lightweight requirements of automotive components. The temperature characteristic is X7R. In addition, products with a rated voltage of 50V have also joined the product line. As the product supporting the 50V specification, it achieves the industry's first smallest size.
