On May 17, 2005, ISO, the International Organization for Standardization officially accepted BS15000 and became the new ISO standard: ISO 20000 ISO standard was formed in two ways: - by all member states of ISO to participate in the formulation - in the existing national standards On the basis of voting through the fast track two weeks ago, the British Standards Association's existing IT service management standard BS15000, through the fast track to vote, has officially become the ISO international standard: ISO20000. Before becoming an international standard, the standard has been adopted by many countries. Such as Australia and some countries in South Africa. At present, more and more enterprises in China are applying best practices of IT service management, and a large enterprise is already preparing for BS15000 certification. The content of ISO20000 will not change within three years. ITGov promotes the popularity and development of BS15000 in China. As early as 2004, ITGov and its partners co-hosted the first BS15000 certified consultant and auditor training in non-English speaking countries. Currently, ITGov has developed a network certification education course for all levels of the BS15000. The course was developed by ITGov International Partner ITP and its sole content partner BSI. Now, with the BS15000 becoming the ISO standard, ITGov will provide its customers with high quality training solutions that will pass ISO certification.
