Circuit breaker power failure appearance cleaning, inspection, touch up

    I. Management regulations

            According to Q/GDW 168-2008 (Test Regulations for Maintenance of Power Transmission and Transformation Status), the appearance cleaning of the circuit breaker is carried out with routine inspection, usually every 3 years.

    Second, standards and requirements

            (1) Porcelain insulation surface is clean, free from cracks and discharge, and the skirt is not damaged.

            (2) The metal parts are free of rust, and the base and bracket are firm. No tilting deformation.

            (3) The paint layer on the outside of the equipment is clean and there is no large area of ​​paint falling off.

            (4) The first and second leads are in good contact, the joints are not overheated, and the connecting leads are free from heat and discoloration.

            (5) Porcelain sleeves, bases, valves and flanges should be free of oil leakage.

            (6) No abnormal sound and abnormal vibration.

            (7) The operating mechanism is free of dirt and the closing instructions are correct.

    Third, the work process

            (1) Preparation

            Prepare a sufficient amount of tools and materials, 1 safety belt, 2 brushes, 2 steel brushes, 1 sandpaper, 1 trowel, 2 rust remover, 1 plastic sheet (2mX 2m), 2 barrels of anti-corrosion paint 10 pieces of rag and 1 insulation ladder.

            (ii) Work steps

            (1) When cleaning the equipment, use the rag from the top to the bottom and wipe the dust on the porcelain sleeve with a rag.

            (2) Open the secondary junction box and clean the dust inside with a brush.

            (3) After cleaning, check the metal parts for rust and dirt. Whether the paint layer is peeled off or not.

            (4) Use a steel brush, sandpaper or rust remover to treat the rust point so that the surface of the object to be coated is clean and the surface of the metal surface is free of moisture.

            (5) After polishing, use a brush to evenly apply the primer (anti-corrosion paint) to the polished parts. The primer should be evenly applied. For the unevenness of the casting, it can be filled with putty and then primed.

            (6) The first primer paint film thickness is about 0. 05mm, requires smooth no flow marks, beads phenomenon, after the primer is dry, it should be painted again. When painting the paint, the layers should be criss-crossed and reciprocally painted to make the paint film evenly painted on the surface of the object. If there are spots or drops, use a bamboo or a knife to gently scrape and polish with sandpaper, then brush again.

            (7) Quality requirements for external paint film:

                   1) Adhesion test: Use a knife to make a cross-shaped crack on the surface of the paint film, and use a knife to peel the order. If it is easy to peel off, it is considered that the private power is not good.

                   2) Elasticity inspection: A piece of paint film is scraped off with a knife. If the paint scraps are scraped without being broken and elastic, the elasticity is considered to be good.

                   3) Sturdy inspection: Use a nail to scratch the paint film. If no trace is left, the paint film is considered to be hard.

                   4) Dryness inspection: Press the finger on the painted surface for a while. If it is sticky and leave no trace, the paint film is considered to be dry.

    Fourth, cleaning precautions

    (1) The tools used for inspection should meet the requirements to prevent the cleaning tools from being short-circuited by moisture.

            (2) Use an insulated brush for cleaning. Tightening the cuffs during cleaning. Do not wear metal ornaments during cleaning.

            (3) The cleaning should be carried out gently, and the force should not be too strong. Check carefully after cleaning.

            (4) The painted oil tank is secure and the brush should not contain too much oil.

            (5) Pay attention to the use of seat belts during cleaning.
