2, the scope of tender

The metal supervision and inspection of boilers in the #1 and #2 units during scheduled maintenance and the “four pipes” and related accessories in the boiler furnace are subject to special inspections for anti-wear and explosion protection.

3, applicant qualification requirements

1. The bidder shall be an independent legal entity legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China. It shall have the ability to independently bear civil liability and have the right to enter into a contract independently;

2. The bidder shall provide relevant certificates such as valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate ("three certificates combined" to provide "three certificates together" certificate) and so on;

3. The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, not be ordered to suspend business, property is taken over, frozen, bankruptcy, and the financial status is good;

4. The bidder shall not be an unqualified bidder with corruption, fraud, etc. as defined by China's national laws and regulations and related management departments, and has no bad records of the country, industry, China Huaneng Group Corporation and its subsidiaries;

5. Does not accept the consortium bidder, subcontracting or subcontracting is not allowed;

6. It is forbidden to use bids in the name of others to obtain qualifications, qualification certificates, etc. by means of transfer or lease, etc., to use fake or altered licenses, to provide false finances or performance, to provide false credits or other fraudulent activities;

7. The person in charge of the bidder unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship and may not bid on the project at the same time;

8. According to the “Notice of Inquiries about Comprehensively Conducting Bribery Crime Files in Tendering and Bidding Activities” in the No. 3 Document of the High Inquisition Association [2015], the successful bidder is required to provide the unit issued by the People’s Procuratorate’s place of residence within 10 days of receipt of the bid-winning notice. , Legal representative of the bribery criminal file inquiry letter. If no search results are submitted or if there is a criminal record of bribery, the qualification will be cancelled;

9. The bidder must have strong technical force, have the appropriate inspection qualifications and technical inspection equipment, and the main management and technical personnel should have corresponding qualifications. The bidder shall have the following qualification certificates and within the validity period: Class A certificate of the "General Inspection and Testing Institution Approval Certificate" of the People's Republic of China;

10. Since the bidder has been in the past three years (January 1st, 2014 to date), he has not less than 3 good metal supervision and anti-wear anti-explosion inspection contract performances for domestic 600MW and above units. The scanned copy of the contract shall prevail.
