Identification and good quality testing of integrated operational amplifiers

    First, the test task

    (1) Reading of integrated operational amplifiers.

    (2) Simple test of integrated operational amplifiers.

    Follow the test steps to complete all the test content and write a test report.

    Third, test equipment

    (1) Test equipment: oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator, DC stabilized power supply, analog circuit experiment box (or breadboard).

    (2) Devices: ruA741 & TImes; 1, LM358 & TImes; 1, LM324 & TImes; l.

    Fourth, the task implementation steps

    1. Integrated operational amplifier reading

    After getting the integrated operational amplifier, first observe its shape, correctly distinguish the pins of the integrated op amp, and understand the functions and uses of the integrated op amp pins.

    2. Simple test of integrated operational amplifier

    (1) Connect the integrated operational amplifier _uA741 to the positive and negative DC power supply at the same time (note that the two power supplies are ±12 V with a multimeter, and the ±12 V power supply can be turned on without checking the error), as shown in Figure 3-19.

    (2) Ground the non-inverting input or inverting input respectively to check whether the output voltage Uo is Uom (when the power supply voltage is ±12 V). If yes, the device is basically good, otherwise the device is damaged.

    Short-circuit the two input terminals of the operational amplifier to ground. The output potential of the operational amplifier should be zero. The voltage at the positive power supply should be -12V, and the voltage at the negative power supply should be +12V. If the value deviation is large, then Indicates that the integrated op amp is not working properly or is damaged.
