1. Under the entrustment of Guangdong Shaoguan Yuejiang Power Generation Co., Ltd. 2. Project overview and tender scope:
2.1 Project Overview:
Shaoguan Power Plant is located in Wushi Town, Qujiang District, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province. The factory area is bordered by Beijiang River in the south, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway Line is on the east, Qujiang District is about 23km north, and Shaoguan City is 37km. The factory location is excellent and the traffic is convenient.
2.2 The scope of the tender:
Yuejiang Company No. 1 unit primary fan rotor group sent to the factory maintenance services.

3. Eligibility requirements for eligible bidders:
3.1 Basic Requirements (1) The bidder shall be a legal entity in the People's Republic of China within the territory of the People's Republic of China in response to bids, competitions in bidding, or overseas enterprises, and shall have independent legal personality and power to conclude contracts.
(2) The bidder must be a service provider capable of fulfilling the tender content requirements and providing bid invitations and services.
(3) Bidders who are legally and financially independent, operate in accordance with commercial law and are independent of bidders and bidders can participate in bids.
(4) The equipment provided by the Bidder for this project shall be similar to or more restrictive than the conditions of this project. It can provide documents and documents for the production of technical and major equipment required for performance of the contract, and provide the ability to perform contract equipment. Project installation guidance, commissioning, maintenance, repairs and other service obligations and experience documents.
(5) Two or more legal persons whose legal representative is the same person, parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary company and its holding company shall not bid at the same time in the same goods bidding. (7) Bidders have good bank credit and business reputation, are not being ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen.
3.2 Performance Requirements The bidder has at least 1 similar performance to the project. No major equipment quality problems were found in the installation, commissioning and operation of similar equipment.
The performance shall be the bidder's, not its parent company, partner or technical supporter; the bidder shall provide at least the contract agreement, the contract information clearly showing the scope of the contract, the commissioning certificate (or user certificate, if the equipment Has been put into operation). And the bidder's performance certificate provided by the contractor or user certificate should clearly show the project name, scope of supply, quantity and model, and require the official seal of the bidder.
If the tenderer requests, the bid applicant must provide the original for the tenderer to verify the qualification (performance) certification documents provided by him. The information provided must be true and complete. If any fraudulent or concealed condition is found, it will be cancelled by the tender supervision department.
