ZIGBEE-based grain warehouse temperature and humidity monitoring system

    In order to realize the automatic monitoring of temperature and humidity in the grain warehouse, the national network was established, and the State Reserve Bureau directly observed the operating status of each grain storage. The improvement of grain storage grain security is the automation and intelligence of grain storage management. We propose an overall solution for grain storage and grain reserve based on zigbee wireless network technology.

    ZigBee network in grain reserve area:
    This network is mainly composed of each grain store data concentrator and intermediate ZigBee routing nodes. Since each grain storehouse is usually far away (>1000-3000m), remote ZigBee nodes in data concentrators are developed using high-power ZigBee modules. . Data from each grain store is uniformly uploaded to the monitoring center computer for analysis and data storage through this network.

    Grain bank sensor network:
    The ZigBee sensor network is distributed inside the grain store. The sensor nodes are developed using a one-wire temperature sensor combined with a ZigBee low-power module. The communication distance is < 200 m. The sensor nodes eventually transmit all collected temperature data to the data concentrator device of each warehouse by forming a data transmission network between each other.

    Data Concentrator & ZigBee Gateway Device:
    Each grain bank is equipped with a data concentrator device. This device has an important role in the system. It is responsible for connecting the ZigBee network of two network segments and acts as a gateway. This device mainly uses low-power ZigBee modules combined with high-power ZigBee module development to realize the mutual transmission of information between two network segments.

    System advantages:
    1: ZigBee wireless network is adopted, and the networking is simple. 2. ZigBee nodes have low cost and low power consumption. They can be deployed on a large scale. 3. Double-segment data transmission, taking full account of actual needs and costs, using less kilometer-class high power The module implements the acquisition of all sensors for each grain store.
