It can rapidly cool the interior to -40°C, boosting freezing speed by up to 70%. By quickly passing ingredients through the largest ice crystal formation zone, it minimizes cellular damage, preserving nutrients and flavor more effectively than traditional freezers. The shelf life of food stored in this refrigerator is more than double that of regular freezers.
With the rise of fresh e-commerce, premium ingredients like salmon, tuna, and Kobe beef have become increasingly available to consumers. Data shows that Qingdao's port received 66 batches of high-end chilled seafood, including Atlantic salmon, squid, and bluefin tuna, since 2017. The total weight reached 43 tons, valued at nearly $500,000—800 times and 400 times higher than the same period last year. This indicates a dramatic growth in demand for premium ingredients.

Traditional defrosting methods cause temperature fluctuations, which negatively impact food quality. Aucma’s -40°C smart refrigerator maintains internal temperature stability within 0.1°C using precise control and adaptive defrosting. This improves temperature uniformity by three times compared to standard freezers, reducing nutrient loss during thawing.
The Aucma -40°C refrigerator features a unique five-door design, tailored for Chinese households. It includes separate zones such as ready-to-eat, fruit and vegetable, dry storage, full-temperature, quick-freeze, meat, fish, and iced areas, catering to the needs of different family members, including the elderly, children, and pregnant women. Additionally, it is equipped with a nano silver ion generator that inhibits bacterial growth, reduces enzyme activity, and provides a healthier storage environment.
