BOE and the University of Electronic Science and Technology build a joint OLED laboratory

    BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. recently established the "Electronic Science University and BOE OLED Joint Laboratory" jointly established with the University of Electronic Science and Technology in Chengdu.

    "University of Electronic Science and Technology, BOE Oled Joint Lab" is equipped with a complete set of OLED display manufacturing equipment such as cleaning, exposure, etching, pretreatment, and packaging. The laboratory is also the only OLED laboratory equipped with organic and inorganic composite film packaging equipment in China. The hardware facilities are at the first-class level among similar R&D institutions in China, and have the R&D capabilities of cutting-edge technologies such as OLED and flexible display.

    The establishment of the joint laboratory will become another platform for BOE to focus on building OLED display technology research and development and talent training. BOE has been paying close attention to new trends in industrial technology, and has carried out a large number of technical development and reserves in forward-looking display technologies such as OLED display and flexible display. At the same time, it has begun to carry out OLED product layout based on the 4.5th generation TFT-LCD production line of BOE Chengdu.

    As a leading company in the new display industry in China, BOE uses its technology accumulation and industrialization advantages in TFT-LCD to actively promote domestic independent research and development capabilities and industrialization of new display technologies such as OLED.
