Through non-contact measurement, the system can measure up to the micron level in a few seconds, and is basically independent of the light of the field source, which is fully qualified for the relevant manufacturing requirements. In addition, this set of vision system can work continuously and stably under harsh environmental conditions for a long time, greatly liberating the work intensity of workers.
Not only that, the laser vision system uses path self-planning design technology and weld seam tracking technology to achieve simultaneous welding of multiple robots.
