    Clamp grounding resistance tester does not need to disconnect the grounding down conductor when measuring the grounding system with loop, no need for auxiliary electrode, safe and fast, easy to use.
    The Clamp Ground Resistance Tester measures ground faults that cannot be measured by conventional methods and can be used in applications where traditional methods cannot be used because the instrument measures the combined value of the grounding resistance and the ground lead resistance. The instrument has long jaws and round jaws. The long jaws are especially suitable for flat steel grounding. In addition, the instrument can measure the leakage current and neutral current of the grounding system.
    The basic principle of the clamp grounding resistance meter to measure the grounding resistance is to measure the loop resistance. The jaw portion of the clamp consists of a voltage coil and a current coil. The voltage coil provides an excitation signal and induces a potential E on the circuit under test. Under the action of the potential E, a current I will be generated in the circuit under test. The clamp meter measures E and I, and the measured resistance R is obtained by the following formula.
