Elibit (EB) and NXP collaborate to launch a new platform for highly automated driving systems

    · The EB/NXP platform combines the Elibit EB robinos software framework with the NXP BlueBox autopilot development platform, making it easier for automakers to develop automated driving functions.

    · NXP and Elebit will showcase the autopilot and auto parking capabilities of the new platform at the “NXP Connects Silicon Valley” event from June 20th to 21st.

    San Jose, Calif., June 21, 2017 – Elebit (EB), a leading developer of embedded networking technology solutions for the automotive industry, and NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI), the world's largest supplier of automotive semiconductors, today announced The two sides will cooperate to launch a powerful new development platform. The new platform integrates the NXP BlueBox Autopilot development platform and the Elibit EB robinos software framework for the development of highly automated driving systems, making it easier for automakers to develop highly automated driving functions.
