China’s energy saving and carbon reduction policy has a new direction. Early this year, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly revised the “Opinions on Implementation of Government Procurement of Energy-Efficient Products and Adjusted the Subsidy for Energy Saving Products to Benefit the Peopleâ€. This new policy was released in February and will be released in the future. LED lighting products will be incorporated into it, and a conservative estimate of business opportunities of at least RMB 100 billion yuan. The senior director of the LED plant pointed out that at present, local governments in mainland China all have pressure on the implementation of energy-saving and carbon reduction, and they must rely on the strength of LED factories in Taiwan. However, they do not want to be led by Taiwan factories, so most of them are willing to use the right funds. Paying is a big niche for the Taiwan factory. With the production capacity of most of the first-tier LED makers in Taiwan being tied up, second-tier plants have also begun to benefit, for example, China has won rights funds.
