Feile Audio announced on March 14 that the company intends to acquire 54.47% stake in Shengyi Industrial for RMB 169 million. After the completion of the acquisition, the company will hold a total of 93.175% of the latter. Shengyi Industrial promised that its operating income in 2012, 2013 and 2014 will reach 307 million yuan, 377 million yuan and 462 million yuan respectively, and the net profit will be no less than 34.26 million yuan, 41.69 million yuan and 51.62 million yuan.
Feile Audio's net profit in 2011 was approximately 151 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 62.92%; total operating income was 1.975 billion yuan, an increase of 32.73%. Among them, the green lighting industry achieved a total operating income of 1.883 billion yuan, an increase of 41.8% over the same period of last year; contributed a net profit of 91.36 million yuan, an increase of 37%.
