1.2 Project location: East of Jiaocheng County, Shanxi, 500m west of Wangmingzhai Village at the junction with Qingxu County of Taiyuan City.
1.3 Project Scale: 2×300MW circulating fluidized bed generator sets.

1.6 Delivery: One month after signing the contract.
2 Bidder qualification requirements
2.1 The bidder must be a legal person or other organization legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2.2 The bidder's bid for the product for the past 3 years shall have 3 or more units with unit capacity of 300 MW or more and similar supply performance (subject to the contract);
2.3 The bidder and legal representative (responsible person) have no criminal records of bribery.
2.4 The person in charge of the unit and the legal representative are the same person or different units that have controlling and management relationships and may not participate in the bidding for the bidding project at the same time;
2.5 The bidder has not been ordered to suspend business, the bid qualification has been cancelled, the property has been taken over, frozen, and bankrupted.
2.6 The bidder has not terminated any contract in the past 5 years because of any breach of contract or the reason for being evacuated.
2.7 This tender does not accept the consortium bid.
