The feasibility study report for the Helan County Shilidian-G110 highway project preparation tender notice

The project of Helan County from Helan County to G110 has been submitted by Helan County Economic Development and Reform Bureau with He Jingxuan [2017] No. 2 and Helan County Transportation Bureau to send a letter of greeting [2017] 35 The number of documents was approved for construction. The owner of the project was Helan County Transportation Bureau. The construction funds were solved by the Ministry of Transport of the autonomous region and the bank loans. The project had the tendering conditions. The project feasibility study report was prepared for public bidding.

2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Construction Site: The starting point of the project is located at the intersection of Shijiadian G109 and the completed Jingxing Farm to G109 Class 1 highway. The route is set from east to west and the end point is connected with G110.
2.2 Bidding scale: The total length of the road from Shilandi Road to G110 in Helan County is about 25.6km, of which the reconstruction section is 3.7km long, 4.4km has been built, and the new section is 17.5km long. The starting point is located at the intersection of the Shijiazhuang G109 and the completed Jingxing Farm to the G109 Class I highway. The route runs from east to west across the Ayey River, Nanliangtaizi Class I water source, and the Second Farm Ditch and other canals. The intersection with the Baolan Railway, the soon-to-be-built silver-coated high-speed rail, and the Shiyin Expressway will meet with the G110. It is built on a first-class highway standard with two-way four lanes and a roadbed width of 24.5 meters.

3, bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidder is required to have Class A of highway professional engineering consulting (service scope includes: preparation of engineering feasibility study report) and professional grade A design and above qualifications of highway industry (highway and super bridge). The project manager to be appointed by the bidder shall have Highway industry design senior and above technical titles.
3.2 An affiliate with an investment shareholding relationship, or a parent company that has a direct management and managed relationship, or a subsidiary of the same parent company, or two or more legal persons whose legal representative is the same person may not bid on the same bid at the same time , otherwise it will be treated as scrapped.
3.3 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
4, bid registration and bidding documents acquisition
4.1 All bidders are interested in bidding from February 15, 2017 to February 22, 2017 (excluding legal holidays, statutory holidays, etc.)
