Bright LED said it plans to expand its SMD LED monthly production to 300 million units in the first quarter of 2008. In order to expand the SMD LED and ultra-bright LED product lines, the company plans to double its capital expenditure to 10 in 2008. Billions of new Taiwan dollars.
