A few days ago, Hangzhou LED product promotion and application matchmaking meeting was held. The meeting aims to strengthen information exchange between government and enterprises and promote the development of LED industry in Hangzhou.
In recent years, the LED industry in Hangzhou has shown rapid development. In 2010, 25 key industrial enterprises in Hangzhou achieved a sales value of 3.574 billion yuan, an increase of 100.77% year-on-year, a total investment of 1.4783 billion yuan in R&D, and a 29984 million yuan in technological transformation. It is reported that, in accordance with the development goals set by Hangzhou, Hangzhou will not only improve the semiconductor lighting industry chain, but also plans to use five years to expand the semiconductor lighting production enterprises to more than 200, and achieve a sales value of 50 billion yuan.
At the meeting, the author learned that the Hangzhou Municipal Communications Bureau will plan to invest 5.75 million yuan this year to arrange three tunnels to add new LED energy-saving devices, two tunnels to replace LED energy-saving devices, a total of 840 LED lights. It is also planned to use LED tunnel lights in the newly built Qianjiang Tunnel. It is understood that the new scheme will save more than 30% energy.
The city’s Chengtou Group plans to use LED products in the Dongzhan hub project and the large parking lot of the bus group. The Canal Command and the Municipal Bureau of Parks and Culture revealed that at present, LED lighting equipment has been widely used to create landscape nodes along the 20-kilometer canal line, while the reconstruction of the West-Hunan Line reduced the use of LED lights by more than 50%.
