LED lighting market will grow by 21% in 2011


    According to market analysis firm StrategyAnalytics, the solid LED lighting market will grow by 21% in 2011. But the growth of LED homes will be slower than previously expected.

    According to a report called the solid-state lighting market 2006-2011, the most important growth will not be residential lighting, but environmental lighting, including architectural lighting, work lighting, medical lighting and off-grid lighting.

    StrategyAnalytics forecasts a comprehensive average growth rate for the global lighting market, which was 4% as of 2011, with the solid-state lighting market growth rate reaching 3% in 2011.

    Investigators did not expect a significant increase in residential lighting and the general consumer market by 2014 or 2015.

    Attention to the environment is prompting consumers to seek environmentally friendly lighting products. But consumers will buy only when the price is right, says StephenEntwistle, vice president of strategic technology at StrategyAnalytics.

    When optimistic about the solid-state lighting market, it must be considered that energy-saving lamps are gradually accepted by consumers. He added.

    Single Notching

How many slots correspond to the same number of punches, punch size to achieve complete has always been some difficulties: single slot punching is by the same punch to complete all the slots, groove consistency is better.
    Stator and rotor laminations are an important part of motors and generators. For large-size and small-batch punching sheets, we usually use the notching method to produce them. The advantages of notching are that the cost of the notching die is low and the production cycle of the notching die is short. It is suitable for producing large size laminations, usually the outer diameter is from 500mm-1250mm. The slot size is more accurate than Laser Cutting.
