    According to the announcement, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Yuantong Inc. is mainly engaged in property management; investment management, investment consulting; construction engineering, decoration and decoration projects, house leasing; domestic trade, import and export business.

    Shiyida said that the company intends to increase the capital of RMB 55 million to Yuantong Inc. to subscribe for the newly registered capital of Yuantong Inc., and the remaining capital is included in the capital reserve.

    The company also announced that the company will further support the business expansion of the subsidiary's Shida Lighting, promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company's lighting, and further mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the core backbone personnel of the subsidiary to further improve the equity. Structure, optimize corporate governance structure, the company increased the capital of Shiyida Lighting to 25.75 million yuan.

    At the same time, Ms. Xue Guixiang, a senior executive of Shida Lighting, invested 300,000 yuan in cash to invest in Shiyeda Lighting, and 18 core employees of Shiyida Lighting intend to establish Xinyu Yiming Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) to invest RMB 2.448 million in cash. Beneficial lighting. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Shiyida Lighting will be changed from 11 million yuan to 30 million yuan, and the remaining capital increase will be included in the capital reserve. The proportion of the company's shareholding in Shiyida Lighting will be reduced from 100% to 93.89%.
